Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation No. 2 of 23 January 2008 on materials and plastic articles intended to come into contact with food.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 2 of 23 January 2008 on materials and plastic articles intended to come into contact with food (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 13/2008).
Changes are related to the modified terms of the article 3, where the words "Directive 2007/19/EC" are replaced by a new text reference "Directive 2008/39/EC"; in article 4 a new paragraph is created: “Regulation (EC) 282/2008 on recycled plastic materials and articles intended to come into contact with foodstuffs and amending Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006"; in Annex 1 to article 4, paragraph 1, Part I "List of authorized monomers and other starting materials for the production of materials and articles" is re-edited. The amended Annex is part of this text.
