Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation No. 24 of September 7, 2010 on the requirements and conditions for the production, processing, storage, trade, import and export of narcotic drugs for veterinary purposes from Annexes 2 and 3 to Art. 3, para. 2 of the Law on the control of drugs and precursors.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 24 of September 7, 2010 on the requirements and conditions for the production, processing, storage, trade, import and export of narcotic drugs for veterinary purposes from Annexes 2 and 3 to Art. 3, para. 2 of the Law on the control of drugs and precursors (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 73/2010).
Changes are related to replacement of Annex references that are now called Lists; labelling and packaging indications and provisions form article 13 (paragraph 2) are amended; regional food safety directorates that here replaces the previously indicated regional veterinary services; National Veterinary Service is replaced by Bulgarian Food Safety Authority .
