Abstract
This Regulation sets out necessary requirements and conditions for carrying out the production, processing, storage, trade, import and export of narcotic substances from Annexes 2 and 3 to article 3 (paragraph 2) of the Bulgarian Law on the control of drugs and precursors when used for veterinary purposes.
This Regulation further specifies the: technical requirements for facilities and premises in which such activities are performed (see Section II); requirements for veterinary medical establishments (clinic, outpatient clinic) for storage and reporting of veterinary medicinal products containing narcotic substances; control measures for compliance with rules here provided.
