Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2015, and last amended in the Gazette 77/2020).
Changes (amendments and supplemented or added provisions) are related to the contents of articles 26, 27, 31, 32 and 42. Added provisions are regarding issues on organic farming, and new specific administrative deadlines. Through the entire text several terms are now changed (see Section: Final provisions). This text further cancels the previous Annex of this Regulation.
