Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation № 4 of 30.05.2018 on the terms and conditions for payment, reduction or refusal to pay, or for withdrawal of the paid financial aid for the measures and sub-measures under article 9b, item 2 of the Law on support to farmers (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 48/2018-74/2019).
Changes are made to the contents of articles 26 and 27 setting general payment terms and conditions (State Fund "Agriculture" and Paying Agency related provisions; and European Union text references); articles 30 and 32 (conditions and procedure for withdrawal of the financial help). A new set of final provisions is added, also in relation to deadlines for implementation of projects under the investment measures of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020.
