Abstract
This Regulation, as for the meanings and indications of article 9b of the Bulgarian Law on support to farmers, here provides the terms and conditions for the following actions: 1. payment of the financial aid; 2. reduction of the financial aid; 3. refusal to pay the financial aid; 4. withdrawal of the paid financial aid.
The payment of the financial aid shall also cover all actions made under the terms and provisions of the article 48 (paragraphs 3, 4 and 5) of Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) № 809/2014 of 17 July 2014 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) № 1306/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards of the integrated administration and control system, rural development measures and cross compliance. This text further applies for measures and sub-measures of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020.
The Annex is attached to this publication (administrative sheets; list of related documents).
