Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation No. 5 of 5 February 2004 on production and marketing of forest reproductive materials.

This Regulation amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation No. 5 of 5 February 2004 on production and marketing of forest reproductive materials (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 18/2004).
Changes are related to the added objectives to the article 1 (within the territory of the European Union); in the same article the following sentence is added: the Republic of Bulgaria shall notify to the European Commission, as indicated in the previous paragraph of the same article. Article 2 is amended as follows: this Regulation applies to reproductive materials of wood species and their artificial hybrids, which are significant for the forestry of the Republic of Bulgaria and other EU Member States, and are included in the list under Annex 1. Changes to the list under Annex 1 shall be made on basis of decisions of the European Commission. Also the following articles are re-edited and amended: 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26-34 (see article 28 of this amending publication); article 20 of the original version is been cancelled. Annex 15 to article 17, paragraph 2 of the original version is also repealed. Other Annexes are amended as listed at the end of the text.
