Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on the organization and activity of associations for water supply and sewerage.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on the organization and activity of associations for water supply and sewerage (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 66/2014 and amended in the Gazette 106/2014).
Changes are related to administrative and procedural issues (also references to the European Union legislation in relation to illegal and irregular actions), financial and procedural terms all in relation to the functioning and organization of work and activities of water and sanitation associations which are engaged in task and duties of management of water and sewerage systems and facilities on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria. Also certain official names and denominations are changed through the entire text.
