Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation N. 8 of 31 October 2013 on the terms and conditions of approval for sampling of seeds and on the terms and conditions for approval of laboratories which perform the analyzes on seed quality and laboratories for the determination of the health status of seeds and propagation material (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 98/2013).
Changes are related to the general conditions for the approval of seed samplers (articles 2, 3 and 4); education and proficiency courses issues (article 5); and several technical and procedural sampling and inspection requirements (articles 8, 9, 12 and 13); terms and conditions for approval of laboratories (articles 14, 16, 17 and 18); and new Annex 1.
The amended Annex is also part of the publication (administrative forms).
