Abstract
This Regulation sets the conditions and terms to be respected when granting the official authorization for samplers engaged in seed and planting material sampling.
This text also determines: the procedure for issuance, refusal and revocation of personal sampling permits; rules for the activity of individual samplers; the control issues to be implemented in various stages of seed sampling and seed analysis procedure; the terms and procedure for approval of official laboratories for seed analysis and seed health status; the exact activities of such laboratories.
These provisions are not meant for potato seeds.
The Annex is part of this publication (administrative forms).
