Regulation amending the Regulation on natural gas trade.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on natural gas trade (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 59/2015, and already amended in the Gazette 99/2016).
Changes are related to the amendment to article 4, paragraph 2 (transactions with natural gas may also be concluded on a trading platform designated by a transmission system operator and approved by the Energy and Water Regulatory Commission, and the trading platform is developed, maintained and by a trading platform operator authorized and recognized also by the text that is here amended); several added issues to article 6 (subject of the natural gas supply chain); administrative rules (article 9); several terms and denominations are modified to articles 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 24, 25, 26, 28 and 29; also article 20 of this amending publications sets that the transmission system operator shall designate at least one trading platform in accordance with the provisions of article 22 of Commission Regulation (EU) No 312/2014 of 26 March 2014 establishing a network code for balancing gas transmission networks by 1 September 2019.
