Abstract
This Regulation defines the order and the way of handling transactions with natural gas; the terms and conditions for organizing the balancing of the natural gas market; the manner for changes for natural gas suppliers; the terms and the order for servicing of commercial metering/measuring devices.
Parties to natural gas transactions, subject to rules of this text, are: public natural gas supplier, supply undertakings, operators of natural gas storage facilities; gas transmission network operator; combined operator; operators of gas distribution networks; natural gas traders; customers; end supplier of natural gas.
