Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 1 of 22 January 2016 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.4 "Running costs and promotion of community-led local development strategy", measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme, published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 9/2016.
Changes are related to the cancellation of administrative deadlines (article 7); new annual report deadlines in article 16; official control issues (article 17); added reference of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) 2016/669 of 28 April 2016 amending Implementing Regulation (EU) No 808/2014 as regards the amendment and the content of rural development programmes, the publicity for these programmes, and the conversion rates to livestock units; and some minor modifications to the Annex (see the end of this text).
