Regulation No. 1 of 22 January 2016 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.4 "Running costs and promotion of community-led local development strategy", measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme.

This Regulation sets the terms, financial conditions, and related procedures as regards the implementation of the sub-measure 19.4 "Running costs and promotion of community-led local development strategy" (with particular regard to the local community water strategy, see Chapter 2), part of the national Rural Development Programme for the period 2014-2020, also co-financed by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development in order to enforce the strategy and community-led local development principles and actions.
This text makes reference to the Regulation (EU) No 1303/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 (laying down common provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund, the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and laying down general provisions on the European Regional Development Fund, the European Social Fund, the Cohesion Fund and the European Maritime and Fisheries Fund and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1083/2006), in relation to the financial support issues.
