Regulation amending the Regulation No. 1 of 22 January 2016 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.4 "Running costs and promotion of community-led local development strategy", measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme.

This Regulation amends some articles part of the Regulation No. 1 of 22 January 2016 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.4 "Running costs and promotion of community-led local development strategy", measure 19 "Community-led local development" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme, originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 9/2016, and already amended in the gazette 53/2016.
Changes are related to the insurance costs (article 9 of the original text); list of not accepted eligible costs (article 10); added reference of the Commission Implementing Regulation (EU) No 808/2014 of 17 July 2014 laying down rules for the application of Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD);
