Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 10 of 3 April 2009 on the maximum permitted concentrations of undesirable substances and products in feed (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 29/2009).
Changes are related to the: contents of the article 1 that sets the general rules and aims; contents of article 2 which establishes main issues and rules on maximum permissible concentrations of undesirable substances or products in feed (in particular the National Grain and Feed Service in now replaced by the National Veterinary Service).
This text further adds two new reference text as follows: Commission Directive 2009/141/EC of 23 November 2009 amending Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards maximum levels of arsenic, theobromine, Datura sp., Ricinus communis L. , Croton tiglium L. and Abrus precatorius L and Commission Directive 2010/6/EU of 9 February 2010 amending Annex I to Directive 2002/32/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on mercury, free gossypol, nitrites and Mowrah, Bassia, Madhuca. Also in the final provisions of the original text, paragraph 4 is amended and now it states that the implementation of this Regulation shall be entrusted to the Director-General of the National Veterinary Service and to the Director-General of the National Plant Protection Service. Annex N. 1 is also here amended and part of this publication.
