Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions of the Regulation No 16 of 20 June 2006 on the handling and transport of dangerous goods by sea and inland waterways, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 53/2006.
Changes are related to the modified official deadline from the article 9; and the introduction of the following documents: Commission Directive 2012/45/EU of 3 December 2012 adapting for the second time the Annexes to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods to scientific and technical progress; Commission Directive 2014/103/EU of 21 November 2014 adapting for the third time the Annexes to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods to scientific and technical progress; and the provisions of the article 1 (paragraph 3) of the Commission Directive (EU) 2016/2309 of 16 December 2016 adapting for the fourth time the Annexes to Directive 2008/68/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council on the inland transport of dangerous goods to scientific and technical progress.
This text also brought the new certification form that is part of the Annex.
