Abstract
This Regulation sets the necessary conditions and related procedures as regards the handling and transport of dangerous goods by sea; handling and transport of dangerous goods by inland waterways; requirements for safety consultants in handling and transport of dangerous goods on inland waterways; educational issues for related operators and handlers.
Article 5 stipulates the list of international rules to be respected when implementing the provisions object of this Regulation; also dangerous goods are classified and divided into different in categories (see article 9).
The Annex is part of this publication (education/training administrative reporting form; technical issues).
