Regulation amending the Regulation No 16 of 20 June 2006 on the handling and transport of dangerous goods by sea and inland waterways.

This Regulation amends several articles part of the Regulation No 16 of 20 June 2006 on the handling and transport of dangerous goods by sea and inland waterways (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 53/2006, and already amended in Gazettes 46/2009, 91/2010, 46/2013, 67/2013 and 59/2015).
Changes are related to the introduction of the European Commission as relevant institution; respect of the rules provided by the Bulgarian Regulation No. 9 of 2013 on the requirements for operational suitability of the ports and the specialized port facilities (and other national legislation, see articles 2 and 8 of this text).
