Regulation amending the Regulation No 17 of 14 September 2007 on the conditions and procedure for obtaining authorizations for persons dealing with seeds intended for scientific purposes or selection of seed varieties for which an application for registration was filed but still not approved for entry in the Official varieties list.

This Regulation modifies, adds and cancels certain provisions stipulated by the Regulation No 17 of 14 September 2007 on the conditions and procedure for obtaining authorizations for persons dealing with seeds intended for scientific purposes or selection of seed varieties for which an application for registration was filed but still not approved for entry in the Official varieties list (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 77/2007).
Changes are related to the cancellation of direct references of several European Union documents, now repealed with national legislation (Regulation No. 7 of 2013 on the terms and procedure for varietal examination, recognition, entry and removal of plant varieties from the official lists of the Republic of Bulgaria; and Regulation No 77 of 2006 on the recognition of registration of new varieties of agricultural plant species, conservation varieties and varieties developed for growing under specific conditions, in the official varieties list of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Common catalog of EU Member States).
