Abstract
This Regulation here prescribes: the terms and related procedures for obtaining necessary authorizations for persons who trade or deal with seeds intended for demonstration, production experiments, scientific purposes or for breeding selection purposes on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria; the conditions and the procedure for obtaining permits for persons engaged in trading with seeds of arable crops for which an application for registration has been filed but not yet approved as regards the necessary entry in the Official Variety Sheet (here only for seeds and planting materials intended for demonstration and or production trials); the limit quantities authorized for those purposes; packaging and labelling of such seeds.
This text introduces the requirements stipulated by the 2004/842/EC: Commission Decision of 1 December 2004 concerning implementing rules whereby Member States may authorize the placing on the market of seed belonging to varieties for which an application for entry in the national catalogue of varieties of agricultural plant species or vegetable species has been.
