Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions and large sections of the Regulation No. 22 of 2015 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.2 Implementation of community-led local development operations part of the measure 19 Local community-led communities of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme, originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 100/2015, and amended by the Gazette 38/2016.
Changes are related to the rules aimed at determining the size of certain territory and its proper classification; cancellation of the term “local initiative fishing group” form the article 6; maximum amounts (article 7); references to the Implementing Regulation (EU) No 809/2014; redefined list of documents to be provided with the project proposal (Annex 11); addition of new Annexes and declaration forms.
