Regulation No. 22 of 2015 on the implementation of sub-measure 19.2 "Implementation of community-led local development operations" part of the measure 19 "Local community-led communities" of the 2014-2020 Rural Development Programme.

This Regulation provides for complete set of conditions and procedures as regards the application of sub-measure 19.2. "Implementation of Operations within the Community-led Local Development Strategies", part of the bigger section/measure 19 "Local Government-led Communities" of the Rural Development Programme for 2014-2020.
This type of rules shall be implemented through integrated and multisectoral strategies based on country-specific characteristics and developed on the basis of local needs and potential, in accordance with policies at national, regional and local level, including policies on desegregation and deinstitutionalization.
The financial support provided by this Regulation, is free of charge and is intended for activities that contribute to the achievement of specific objectives such as: promoting social inclusion and poverty reduction; integrated approach to the environment by preserving and promoting the resource efficiency, including risk prevention and management activities and exploiting the potential of national cultural heritage; promoting sustainable and quality employment and supporting labor mobility; enhancing the competitiveness of local economies and opportunities for local business creation, including the advised diversification, alternative activities and sustainable aquaculture production; improving the quality of education and raising the skills of the population.
