Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 24 of 28 May 2004 on the production and marketing of propagating and planting material of medicinal and aromatic plants, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 55/2004.
Changes are regarding the article 2, paragraph 2 (seed of medicinal and aromatic plants shall be marketed with an indication of the species; in this case, the label shall indicate the plant species in such way that it will not cause confusion with other varieties); and new official list of recognized and registered types of medicinal and aromatic plants.
