Regulation No 24 of 28 May 2004 on the production and marketing of propagating and planting material of medicinal and aromatic plants.

This Regulation determines several requirements in relation to the production, processing and marketing of seeds and planting material of medicinal and aromatic plants on the territory of the Republic of Bulgaria.
This text closely sets the following: seed preparation standards; sampling rules; laboratory analyzes; field inspections; preparation, packaging and labelling of propagating material of medicinal and aromatic plants; classification of propagation material of medicinal and aromatic plants; certification procedures; import and export provisions; necessary trading documents.
