Regulation amending the Regulation No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes.

This Regulation amends several provisions stipulated by the Regulation No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2015).
Changes are related to the introduction of the Regulation (EU) 2016/1012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2016 on the zootechnical and genealogical conditions for the production, marketing and introduction into the Union of pure-bred breeding animals feral pigs and their embryos; ecologically directed areas that will be directed as prescribed in the Bulgarian Law on agricultural producers assistance; article 27 adds the reference to the Law for the implementation of the common organization of the markets of agricultural products of the European Union; and several modifications and addition to the Annexes.
