Regulation amending the Regulation No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation No 3 of 17 February 2015 on the conditions and procedure for the implementation of direct payment schemes (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 16/2015, and already amended by Gazettes 31 and 80 from 2015).
Changes here made are setting corrections to the in terms of certain administrative deadlines, in terms of paying schemes and procedural matters. Also a new Annex is here added, and it will replace the previous one (administrative sheets and forms).
