Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions brought by the Regulation No 31 of 29 December 2005 on the measures for the prevention, containment and eradication of Newcastle disease in poultry and the conditions and procedure for their application, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 12/2006.
Changes are regarding the names of official national institutions of competence; measures in case of suspicion of contamination (article 8); epizootic outbreak and related veterinary practices (article 14); and various modifications to the Annexes (see articles 5 and 6 of this text).
