Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 37 of 10.11.2008 on the use of state dams, in fishery and laying down the rules for carrying out commercial, amateur fishing and aquaculture on state properties (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 100/2008, and last amended in the Gazette 26/2018).
Changes are related to several official denominations that are now updated; indications and determination of aquaculture zones, emergency zones and protection levels; also Appendix 1 is replaced with a new one, among new administrative forms (see end of the text).
