Abstract
This Regulation provides rules regarding the use of the dams (only if state property); amateur fishing and/or aquaculture necessary authorization/permit issues, including the rules on permissible fishing gear and methods; procedures for determining the zones suitable for aquaculture (also for the designation of sanitary protection zones, if in state property). It also provides rules related to the performance of commercial fishing and aquaculture activities in the Black Sea and on the Danube river water areas (river affluent to the Black Sea).
