Regulation amending the Regulation No. 39 of 15 September 2003 on terms and procedure for the control of conformity of cereal products.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 39 of 15 September 2003 on terms and procedure for the control of conformity of cereal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 84/2003).
Changes are made to the article 3 is amended as follows: the control of conformity of cereals shall be intended to protect consumers from fraud and deceptive actions related to the quality of the cereals offered; article 7, paragraph 3: the cereal products of paragraph 1 shall be offered on the market, accompanied by a certificate of conformity issued by the related national agency when exercising control under paragraph 2; article 8, paragraph 4: grain processing undertakings shall keep control samples of the batches of cereal products produced for a period of 3 months; article 13, paragraph 3: when exporting and importing cereal products, traders are obliged to submit to the related national agency a grain trader certificate and a product quality certificate issued by the manufacturer; the Annex No. 1, item 10 is repealed; Annex 4 is added.
