Abstract
This Regulation determines the conditions and the order of control aimed to verify the effective conformity of cereal products. This type of control tasks shall be performed by the National Grain and Feed Service. Average samples of cereals shall be taken in accordance with BDS ISO 13 690.
The control of conformity of cereals shall be aimed at preventing the production and marketing of cereals that are dangerous to human health; protecting the consumers from fraud and deceptive actions related to the quality of offered cereal food products.
Provisions on the certificate of conformity for import and export of cereals are stipulated in the Chapter four of this text.
The Annex is also part of this publication (list of cereals to be checked for conformity).
