Abstract
This Regulation amends some provisions part of the Regulation No 4 of 08.08.2017 on the implementation of measure 14 "Animal Welfare" Programme Rural Development for the period 2014-2020, published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 67/2017.
Changes are related to the added reference of the Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 to the article 3; scope of supported activities (article 4); several rules on eligible applicants and activities (articles 10, 11, 12 and 13); requirements for the implementation of the supported activities (article 16 ); application procedure (articles 18 and 19); financial aid provisions (articles 27 and 28); and several modifications and cancellations of Annexes (see articles 26-30 of this text).
The amended Annex is also part of this publication (application administrative form).
