Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 4 of August 8, 2017, on the implementation of measure 14 "Animal Welfare" of the Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 67/2017).
Changes are related to the: terms of the article 4 (general scope of activities); article 10 (eligible applicants and activities); article 11 that is here cancelled; articles 12 and 13; several issues in articles 28, 28a, 29, 30 and 30a (inspection and control issues); the article 33 of the Regulation (EU) No 1305/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 17 December 2013 on support for rural development by the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD) and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 1698/2005 is indicated as reference for the application.
Annex No. 1 is repealed; Annex No. 2 to article 11, paragraph 3, item 1 shall be repealed; Annex No. 3 to article 13, paragraph 1 is repealed; Annex No. 4 to article 19, paragraph 1 is here replaced, see the attached document, part of this publication.
