Abstract
This Regulation amends several parts of the Regulation No. 4 of July 15, 2014, on the specific requirements for the production of raw materials and foodstuffs of animal origin at slaughterhouses, their transportation and placing on the market (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 60/204 and already amended in the Gazette 46/2016).
Changes are related to the contents of article 2 (different issues and rules on slaughterhouse construction and operation); several new and updated European Union reference texts and standards as listed in articles 3, 4, 5, and 6 of this text).
