Regulation amending the Regulation No 5 of 2009 on terms and procedures for the submission of applications under schemes and measures for direct payments.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 5 of 2009 on terms and procedures for the submission of applications under schemes and measures for direct payments (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 22/2009, and amended in Gazettes 37/2009; 14, 19, 22 and 55/2010; 18, 35, 51, 89 and 96/2011; 21/2012; 23/2013; and 22/2014).
Changes are related to the added new types and purposes of support (see article 1 for the complete list); contents of the application (under the terms of article 3 of the original text); references to the new applicant registration system; and complete new and updated Annex.
