Regulation No 5 of 2009 on terms and procedures for the submission of applications under schemes and measures for direct payments.

This Regulation sets the necessary terms and procedures for submitting the applications for support under the following Common Agricultural Policy schemes and measures: single area payment scheme; national surface area schemes; schemes for national additional payments under the provisions of the Regulation No. 3 of 2009 on the special requirements for participation in the approved schemes for national additional payments (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 17/2009); payments to farmers for natural constraints in mountainous areas according to the provisions of the Regulation No. 11 of 2008 on the conditions and procedure for implementation of measure 211 "Payments to farmers for natural constraints in mountain areas" and measure 212 "Payments to farmers in areas with constraints other than mountain areas "of the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 40/2008); payments to farmers for areas with constraints other than mountain areas in accordance with the provisions of the Regulation No. 11 of 2008 on the conditions and procedure for implementation of measure 211 "Payments to farmers for natural constraints in mountain areas" and measure 212 "Payments to farmers farmers in areas with constraints other than mountain areas" under the Rural Development Programme 2007-2013; energy crop scheme under the rules stipulated in the Regulation No. 9 of 2007 on the terms and procedure for assisting the producers of energy crops (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 37/2007, amended in the Gazette 4/2008); agri-environment payments according to the provisions of the Regulation No. 12 of 2008 on the terms and procedure for implementation of measure 214 "Agri-environment payments" from the Rural Development Programme for the period 2007-2013 (Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 41/2008, amended in the Gazette 70/2008); payments under schemes for cultivation of fresh strawberries and raspberries for processing under the terms of the regulation No. 6 of 2008 on the terms and procedure for support of producers of strawberries and raspberries intended for processing.
