Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 6 of 2011 on specific requirements for official controls over the use of protected geographical indications and traditional specialties (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 39/2011, and amended in the Gazette 69/2014).
Changes are related to the added possibility to use the labels and/or food names with temporary national protection status; general introduction of the terms and references as provided by the Regulation (EU) No 1151/2012 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 21 November 2012 on quality schemes for agricultural products and foodstuffs.
