Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 7 of 28 October 2013 on conditions and procedure for the variety examination, recognition, registration and delisting of varieties of plants from the official varieties list of the Republic of Bulgaria (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 97/2013, and already amended in Gazettes 34/2014, 48/2015, 45/2016, 45/2017, 57/2018, 45 and 56/2019, 40/2020, 91/2021 and 41/2022). Changes are regarding the contents of article 9, 17, 18, 21, 33. Also changes are made to the Annex that is also attached to this text.

This text shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette, except for the provisions of articles 8, 9 and 10, which shall enter into force on 1 January 2023.
