Regulation amending the Regulation No. 8 of 12 December 2003 on the terms and conditions for granting authorizations for the exceptions to the prohibitions introduced by the Law on biodiversity, for animal and plant species of Annex No 3, for animal species of Annex No 4, for all species of wild birds other than those of Annex No 3, and Annex 4 and the use of non-selective devices, means and methods of capture and killing of Annex 5.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No. 8 of 12 December 2003 on the terms and conditions for granting authorizations for the exceptions to the prohibitions introduced by the Law on biodiversity, for animal and plant species of Annex No 3, for animal species of Annex No 4, for all species of wild birds other than those of Annex No 3, and Annex 4 and the use of non-selective devices, means and methods of capture and killing of Annex 5 (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 4/2004).
Changes are listed as follows: in article 5 some definitions and names are modified; in article 9, the paragraph 6 is cancelled; articles 12 and 13 are re-edited; in article 22, paragraph 2, item 2, after the word "aquaculture", there is a added "or relevant Regional Forest Directorate" sentence. Also the general replacement of terms is also here listed ("Regional Forest Management is replaced by "Regional Forest Directorate; “State forestry" and "State game breeding station" are replaced respectively by the terms "State forestry" and "State hunting"; :Ministry of Energy and Energy Resources" is replaced by the new official name "Ministry of Energy".
