Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions and related procedures as regards the issuance of permits in relation to the limitations granted by the rules of article 49, paragraph 1 of the Bulgarian Law on biodiversity.
The subject of the text is the issuance of permits for exceptions in relation to the prohibitions established by the Law on biodiversity: for animal and plant species of Annex No 3 (Annexes of the above mentioned Law on biodiversity); for animal species of Annex No 4; for all species of wild birds other than those of Annex No 3; and for the meaning of Annex 4 and the use of non-selective devices; for means and methods of capture and killing of Annex 5.
