Regulation amending the Regulation No. 8 of 27 February 2015 on phytosanitary control.

This Regulation amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation No. 8 of 27 February 2015 on phytosanitary control (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 19/2015, and already amended in the Gazette 31/2018).
Changes are related to the new and some modified contents of Annexes, containing lists of plant species, geographical areas and countries of plant origin, protected zones, special and specific and ad hoc requirements in terms of necessary phytosanitary practices and plant health. This publication contains all amended and added parts of the Annex.
This text, with these modification, introduces the requirements of the Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2019/523 of 21 March 2019 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community.
