Regulation amending the Regulation No. 8 of 27 February 2015 on phytosanitary control.

This Regulation amends and supplements several provisions to the Regulation No. 8 of 27 February 2015 on phytosanitary control (originally published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 19/2015).
Changes are related to the modified and added contents of Annexes, containing lists of plant species, geographical areas and countries of plant origin, protected zones, special and specific and ad hoc requirements in terms of necessary phytosanitary practices and plant health.
This publication contains all amended and added parts of the Annex.
This text introduces the requirements of the following documents: Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1279 of 14 July 2017 amending Annexes I to V to Council Directive 2000/29/EC on protective measures against the introduction into the Community of organisms harmful to plants or plant products and against their spread within the Community; and Commission Implementing Directive (EU) 2017/1920 of 19 October 2017 amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2000/29/EC as regards the movement of seeds of Solanum tuberosum L. originating in the Union.
