Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 8 of 5 August 2011 on forest timber (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 64/200 and last amended by the Gazette 72/2015).
Changes are related to the short-term cutting procedures (article 24); specific conditions for timber/cutting trees (articles 25 and 26); timber marking procedures and rules (article 50); conditions for license issuance (article 52).
