Regulation amending the Regulation No 9 of 2011 on the specific requirements for the safety and quality of food offered in the children's establishments, the school chairs and the retail establishments on the territory of the schools and the kindergartens, as well as on foods offered at organized events for children and a student.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation No 9 of 2011 on the specific requirements for the safety and quality of food offered in the children's establishments, the school chairs and the retail establishments on the territory of the schools and the kindergartens, as well as on foods offered at organized events for children and a student, consolidated and published by the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 85/2015.
Changes are related to the reference of European Union legislation in relation to the food transport rules; specific requirements for meat and meat products (article 12); specific requirements for milk and dairy products (article 14); specific requirements for fish, fish products and other seafood (article 18); specific requirements for cereals and cereal-based foods (articles 23, 24 and 27); specific requirements for potatoes, root crops and pulses (article8 28 and 30); specific requirements for fruit, vegetables and similar products (article 35); specific requirements for other foods - baby food, fruit and herbal tea, table salt (article 41).
