Abstract
This Regulation defines several specific requirements as regards the food safety and quality for food and foodstuff offered in childcare facilities; schools/student facilities, and business premises that supply the same.
The requirements of the Regulation shall also apply to out-of-school pedagogical facilities.
The above mentioned food intended for children must meet the requirements for safety and quality regulated in both European and national legislation.
The article 5 sets the references of European Union legislation that will be observed at diverse stages of the food chain supply.
Entry into force notes
This Regulation enters into force on the day of its publication in the Official Gazette.
