Abstract
This Regulation amends several issues part of the Regulation No. 9 on the quality of water intended for drinking and household purposes (published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 30/2001, and last amended by Official Gazette 102/2014).
Changes are related to the monitoring standards and verification rules (articles 7, 8 and 9); water quality non-compliance provisions (article 10; also added reference to the Commission Directive (EU) 2015/1787 of 6 October 2015 amending Annexes II and III to Council Directive 98/83/EC on the quality of water intended for human consumption); and several changes to the Annexes.
The amended parts of Annexes are also part of this text.
