Regulation amending the Regulation No. H-4 of 14.09.2012 on characterization of surface water.

This Regulation amends certain contents of the Regulation No. H-4 of 14.09.2012 on characterization of surface water (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of Bulgaria 22/2013, and amended in Gazettes 79/2014 and 85/2020).
Changes are regarding the contents of the Annex № 6 to article 12 (paragraph 4) in section I. Classification system for ecological condition for certain types of surface waters of categories "river", "lake", "transitional quality", "biological”, the following amendments are here made: 1. The table after the text "Table MF6: Ecological assessment system for river types R14a and R14b (Rivers with sub-Mediterranean influence in EP 7 without type R14 with temporary rivers) by macrophytes"; the table after the text "Table MF9: Ecological assessment system of river type R6 (Danube) by macrophytes" is also here amended.
