Regulation on the application of the Law on Protection of Agricultural Land.

This Regulation determines the conditions, procedures, rights, obligations and responsibilities of state and municipal authorities, specialized bodies, and natural and legal persons in the application of the Law on the protection of agricultural land. It establishes rules concerning the protection of agricultural land from damage and provides for the collection and provision of information on the characteristics and condition of agricultural land.
The Regulation defines the rules governing the use of agricultural land and the procedures for changing its designated use, including the determination and approval of sites and routes, and the inclusion of land within settlement boundaries. It sets conditions and procedures for authorizing construction and other activities on agricultural land and provides for the imposition of restrictions on land use in cases affecting soil quality or compliance with legal requirements.
The Regulation sets provisions relating to the assessment and monitoring of soil characteristics and risks, including erosion, contamination and other forms of degradation. It regulates measures for the restoration, improvement and reclamation of agricultural land and provides procedures for temporary land use and for the conversion of agricultural land for non-agricultural purposes. It also establishes rules for control, inspections and procedures related to compliance with the provisions of the Law.
