Abstract
This Regulation defines various terms and procedures for compulsory notification of the Nuclear Regulatory Agency (NRA) to the license or permit holder about deviations, incidents or accidents (events), in nuclear facilities and sites with sources of ionising radiation.
The Regulation further sets: the categories of events in nuclear facilities or sites with sources of ionising radiation; the requirements regarding the content and scope of the notifications and event reports, including time limits for their submission to the Nuclear Regulatory Agency; the terms and procedure for use and dissemination of the information about events in nuclear facilities and sites with sources of ionising radiation.
